I believe that this vehical maybe stolen. the original owner passed away and a women by the name of Denise Payne-Smith and her husband William Q. Smith brought the vehical home after not even 24hours of the women passing away. They claim the woman was suppose to give them a price of art work worth $100,000 and a ring but they had a falling out and never reconsiled before the women's dearh.Somehow within 24 hours of dieing , Denise and Bud packed up the woman's house into a Uhaul truck that Denise and Bud rented and claimed that the family was picking it up. Allegedly, there was some family members present during the packing up of this woman's belongings in her condo. However, a couple days later, Bud told his employee that they shouldn't have packed up the woman's belongings. Bud never said who instructed him and his wife to pack up this woman's belonings and he never said why they should not have packed up the entire contents of this women's home. Buds employee said that it appeared to him that the house had been ran sacked
and some stuff had already been boxed up and it didn't appear to him that their was anything of real value, like expensive art work in the woman's home like Denise and Bud described. Budd and Denise brought this white 1999 Dodge Towne and country XL1 Van to their home at 772 Riddell Rd Bremerton WA 98311. When I asked Denise where the van came from she replied that the family was trying to steal it. Denise was never made executress to the will nor
had the estate even had time to go to probate. So I don't know who gave her the authority to take that van from the women's family. Exactly who was she trying to protect? Periodically Denise is seen parking the vehical in various different locations close to her home, including neighbors driveways that are not home.
