On 02/22/2019, an Amazon Prime Sprinter Van failed the dual turn onto the 101 freeway right next to me. The driver drifted into my lane, so I honked. He saw me, but kept on drifting, forcing me to emergency brake, otherwise he would have scraped my right fender. As I passed him, I signaled with my hand to tell him to use his eyes.
