Hispanic male hit my car 3 times while I was in it. He works at a pest co company who has since tried to cover for him. He tends to drive with expired insurance. Used a company that went under. This was a possible hate crime. Person is unknown to me. He proceeded to call me derogatory names in Spanish and flee hiding his vehicle at his work place. The pest co. Then proceeded to drive in his pest co company truck away. Not clear his intentions but all three times I was in vehicle. He parks in front of me then reverses into my vehicle leaving damage to my license plate because he has a trailer extension.He fled scene all three times. They were a month apart each. 3 months in a row. On the third time came back and the first part of this write up occurred.
