Adding to the report from Sunday Nov 29 2020. There were two occupants in the car- an Hispanic male and an African American male. Not sure who was driving because when I came across the car it was broken down on the side of the freeway and they were both standing outside of it. Owner is registered as Maurice Collins.

This Lamborghini was driving in a pack of 15 other sports cars at speeds in excess of 110 mph on Sunday Nov 29 - I 10 West Los Angeles at 11;20am. Swerving in and out of traffic at terrifying speeds. The driver is an Hispanic male mid twenties to mid thirties. Owner traced to Maurice Collins. They endangered everyone's lives as they used the freeway as a personal playground. They will kill someone. I was able to find the car shortly afterwards broken down on the side of the freeway and took this photo.
