On January 3, 2019 I was driving to work around 7:50am I was turning left from Osage St to Colfax to get on to I-25. I was behind a white truck that was also taking a left. A semi truck from Colfax was trying to take a right and took the corner a little sharp the driver put his car in reverse I think trying to give the semi truck more room. I started to honk my horn but by the time he stop reversing he had already hit my bumper pretty good. I took some pictures of the scene he did about $1200 dollars worth of damage. When I tried to make a claim with his insurance he lied and claimed I hit him. Acts like this should not go unpunished that's why I've made this post.
