This lady (Marnina Kregas) has a disabled son, so she has a Handicap Placard in her front window (I didn't get the number), however, she uses it on a regular basis when she does not have her children with her. She spends 4 hours at the gym, and she is not handicapped in any way. This is totally misusing the placard for its intended use, and unfortunately, this morning, all of the spots were filled and there was someone who indeed was handicapped trying to maneuver into his car from wheelchair without proper space due to this person's misuse of her placard. She needs to follow the laws for its intended use or have it revoked.
