The woman who drives this van is a home health aide who visits elderly clients at this location. She always parks in a handicap spot whenever she visits (usually several times per week) but she herself does not have any difficulty walking. There are only two handicap spaces available but we have several residents who require assistance with walking (walkers & canes) so when this woman parks in a handicap spot those resident's are forced to park somewhere else, often much further from the building. Why must she take up a handicap space each time she visits? It makes everything so much more difficult for those who truly are disabled and could really benefit from a much shorter walk.
