The person who owns this vehicle is a landscaper and he is very rude: he blocks driveways and parks to far from the curb so his vehicle blocks one side of the road. When he is asked to please move his vehicle, he shouts that he is sure we have been driving long enough to know how to get out of the driveway without his having to move. While it is possible to maneuver around him, it is difficult because there are usually other vehicles parked "correctly" on the other side of the road and the space to maneuver is very limited. The vehicle of this driver also blocks your vision so that when you are trying to maneuver out of the driveway, you are unable to see oncoming traffic. This is an unsafe, and inconsiderate person who has no regard for whatever manner of problems he can cause.
