Defect Summary Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2017 Levante vehicles. Due to an engine software problem, at slow speeds such as stop-and-go traffic, the transmission may unexpectedly shift into neutral or the engine may shut off.

Consequence Summary If the transmission shifts into neutral unexpectedly or if the engine shuts down without warning, it can increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Summary Maserati will notify owners, and dealers will update the engine control module software, free of charge. The recall began March 31, 2017. Owners may contact Maserati customer service at 1-877-696-2737.

Defect Summary Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain model year 2017 Quattroporte, Ghible, and Levante vehicles manufactured July 1, 2016, to November 14, 2016. In temperatures below freezing, the entertainment telematics module (ETM) may place itself in a protection mode, disabling the back-up camera.

Consequence Summary If the back-up camera is inoperable, it may be more difficult for the operator to see people or objects behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

Corrective Summary Maserati will notify owners, and dealers will update the ETM software, free of charge. The recall began on December 30, 2016. Owners may contact Maserati customer service at 1-877-696-2737. Maserati's number for this recall is 327.

Racist female driver, flying through our neighborhood at about 70 mph. Almost hit a ladie while she was backing into her driveway when she was running a stop sign. She was confronted about her driving and became very aggressive stating she has a gun and then took off after saying stay right there ill be back and swerved off the road into a driveway to go around a car. She then came back and neighbors were outside by this time and they to confronted her also. She then pulled up a little bit got out of her Maserati and opened trunk got something out backed up then proceeded to back up past the folks outside stopped in front of them and began throwing bottles of Pepsi at the onlookers calling them "white trash" then sped off out of the neighborhood and almost hit the UPS driver and a pedestrian running.
