To put it short, this driver was in front of me at a red light. Light turns green, the driver doesn't move. I'm patient during my morning commutes so I give him a few seconds before I try to move. I see him waving a notebook through his rear windshield and he proceeds to get out of his car. He starts writing down my license plate information, stating that I nudged him. I did NOT. I was no where close enough to him to even touch his car and there was not any markings on the front of my car, nor the back of his. I was polite but he was very rude, mumbling "mother****er" under his breath. I was happy to give him my information but he said "I have what I need" as he proceeded to get back into his car. I looked around, completely dumbfounded. There was a pedestrian on the street that saw what just happened so I asked her "Did you see this? Did you see anything happen?" The pedestrian laughed as she said "Nope!" So now the light is green again. We are merging onto an expressway and he is driving at idling speed for maybe 10 seconds so I'm stuck behind him. I decide enough is enough, check my right side to ensure it's clear, and get in front of him. Then, this driver decides to slam on his accelerator and drive adjacent to me on the single-lane exit onto the express way. I decided to just let him drive because I know there are some lunatics out there. He continues to drive recklessly for the rest of the drive, not using his turn signal, driving dangerously close to other vehicles, etc. I reported this driver immediately via 911. I have no idea what this mans intentions were, but be careful of this driver.
