The car has been involved in an accident with a bicycle riding on a clearly marked bike lane. The car driver's door has suddenly opened, and a cyclist has been thrown by an impact to the left side, in the middle of the lane for cars, and tripped over the bike. The driver's first reaction was to say that it's the cyclist's fault because he didn't look well and should have been riding further from his parked car. He walked away because he had a baby that needed to see her mom. After the cyclist has taken a picture of his license plate, the drive has returned and expressed remorse but did not share his name, insurance or DL information.
