Be very cautious of this driver. He stopped his vehicle in the middle of an interstate in front of me forcing me to stop, approached my vehicle, and was ranting about allegedly cutting him off and flicking him off (inconsequential, but I did not, only tossed my hand arm up in frustration after he slammed his brakes forcing me to come to a stop). He had cars buzzing by him at 60mph at dusk and wasn’t fazed. It was the definition of road rage and he appeared to be under the influence of substance. Thankfully he got back in his vehicle and drove away. Given the proximity to crossing state boundaries and that I don’t have a monitoring dashboard camera, i judged calling the police after the fact wouldn’t accomplish anything (although I am now buying a camera to document should this insanity ever happen again)
