On 694E near the Round Lake exit in New Brighton MN on 3/8/2019 at approximately 12:45p this car was driving recklessly and erratically, nearly hitting several car, speeding, tailgating, rapid lane changing and sudden stoping. The driver then careened from the left lane into another vehicle traveling in the right lane damaging its own front passenger side, and the other vehicles rear drivers side. She (I believe female) then raced away from the accident and tried to get away as quickly as possible but we were able to follow her on the off ramp where she was forced to slow down to take this video and pictures. Another vehicles driver did the same and we both returned to the victim to report this to the police and the innocent driver of this hit and run.
