Scam Artist. Owner/Operator of Towing Co. in Edison, NJ. Will come to you to buy a car (listed for sale by owner), only to give a fake story to invoke sympathy and will exploit ANY kindness that can be exploited. Con Man that should be arrested on lack of morale alone, and most likely has multiple convictions (unknown, but difficult to believe otherwise). Actually committed a crime in this circumstance, which was theft of license plates that do not belong to him. Average, semi chubby white male, with a goatee and son. Said son whom was utilized in his lowly scam. Claimed that the kid was abandoned and was looking for a car for the Mother of the child to hopefully get around for a while. Police have been notified of the theft. Will update when investigation is done, as it has just begun. They said it should be an easy process, though
