Neighbor is using handicap under fraudulent pretence. She is not handicap. She takes up regular parks when convenient for her and does not even park in the handicap park that was for her old car she sold. It's not even registered to her new car. I have pictures of her still using handicap but also parking her car in unclaimed spaces. I also have pictures of her lifting heavy objects and bending down cleaning her tires. SHE IS NOT HANDICAP! It's unfair that my daughters have to park around the corner because she is parking in the 1 spot I have in front of my house that's right behind her fake handicap spot. Thank you
