Defect Summary Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2005-2007 and 2009-2010 Toyota Sienna vehicles. In the affected vehicles, due to a problem within the shift lock assembly, the shift lever may be moved out of the 'Park' position without depressing the brake pedal.
Consequence Summary If the shift lever can be moved from the "Park" position without depressing the brake pedal and the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle may roll, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Summary Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will replace the shift lock solenoid and reapply the grease, free of charge. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's number for this recall is H0V. Vehicles that were previously recalled under campaign 13V-429 are not affected by this recall.

The electrical wiring in the seat heaters may be damaged when the seat cushion is compressed.
Consequence Summary If damaged, the copper strand heating element may short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.

Defect Summary Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain model year 2004-2011 Sienna vehicles originally sold in, or currently registered in, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia. The affected vehicles have a spare tire carrier assembly mounted under the vehicle whose attachment cable may corrode due to high concentrations of road salt splashing onto the spare tire carrier.
Consequence Summary If the carrier cable is corroded due to road salt, the spare tire may separate from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Summary Toyota sent owners in August 2014 an interim notification to advise owners of the recall and that dealers will perform an interim remedy to remove the spare tire and relocate it to the luggage compartment, free of charge. Owners are being mailed a second letter as parts become available and dealers will replace the spare tire carrier assembly with an improved one, free of charge. The remedy campaign is being performed in phases. The first phase of the recall began July 7, 2015. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331. NOTE: 2004-2010 Siennas subject to this recall were subject to recall campaign 10V-160 initiated in 2010. Those owners are advised that they must have their vehicles remedied again under this campaign and that having the earlier recall completed did not remedy their vehicles. Additionally, model year 1998-2003 Siennas were recalled as part of safety recall 10V-160. Owners of those vehicles that have not had not the remedy performed on their vehicles, should contact their Toyota dealer to schedule a free repair.

This 115pp owner has followed me (124 pp) multiple times, especially to the station and walking for several minutes in February/October 2021 respectively (have pictures). Yesterday, her friend atj5250-ny blocked my driveway intentionally (friend of avh6564-ny) and after she moved I parked in front of my house as gue4313-ny immediately got into her car to drive by house, then returns as my family does in another car an hour later (have pictures) and I suspect her following them home. Yesterday night, her friend jrc6782-ny(112pp)/ possible owner of jfl1492-ny(followed me before)drove recklessly towards me as I was trying to park my car back in my driveway at 7:50 pm. Today, in the morning this 115 Pilgrim place owner parks his black jeep looking at me to see where I might go as a gray suv from S. Central Ave parks on Bucknell rd , flashing headlights for several seconds as I am parking on Pilgrim place at 6:35 and before this geg8457-ny owner drove off as I approached my front door (has a camera overlooking my house to stalk me). In addition, as I was backing up a skateboarder friend of geg8457-ny/gue4313-ny rides recklessly behind as I am parking to try to get me in an accident/ almost hits my cars that are parked (giving me the finger as well while riding). This is deliberate stalking/harssdment as he followed me via hpa6662-ny/jjy4874-ny. Stalker

Intentionally triggers car alarm to harass me (124 pp) in the evening after avh6564-ny owner watched me park a few minutes befor e today in the evening. Y their friend jlg3535-ny owner followed my familt home an hour later.

Constantly stalks me(124 Pilgrim pl) whenever I parking or outside my house like today and yesterday (driving past my house at 7:30 pm). Today she intially tries to park on Pilgrim pl, but drives off afer seeing me outside at 8:10 am and then returns at 8:21 am to watch me as I park on Pilgrim place (several cars drive past me making it difficult for me to park). Stalker.

I suspect this 115 pilgrim pl tenant followed me(live at 124 pilgrim pl) home today from the highway at 2:34 pm along with gpv1872-ny(101 pilgrim pl) as he watched me leave my house today via his other car (hpa6662-ny). Kht2238-ny owner (119 pilgrim pl) repeatedly clicked his car locks upon seeing me leave my house today at 12:55 pm and 75936B-NE(126 pilgrim pl) at 4pm upon knowing I arrived home(has followed me before). Has followed me on the highway via jjy4874-ny and recently via kne9098-ny to the station and back I suspect. Stalkers

Today at 8:26 am after I parked my car on Pilgrim Place (live at 124 Pilgrim Place), this 115 Pilgrim Place owner intentionally triggered her car alarm to harass exactly as I approached my front door to leave, watching through my windows along with 219524T-nj. I cannot leave my house without being followed by these deivers and their friends as before this jrc6782-ny owner drove multiple times, watching me on Pilgrim Place as I was parking my car. 219524T-nj/KRA8094-ny stalked me as I parked my car back from Pilgrim Place and KRA8094-ny followed my car and back along with kpz1073-ny(117 Pilgrim Place). Drove past my house yesterday as I was parking in front of my house in the morning(live at 124 Pilgrim Place). Followed my relative's car home at 4:30 pm today(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) from the library as jep6598-ny stalked my relative there as well for a half hour today. Gce8926-ny watched me leave my house for the post office at 3:31 pm and his friend kba1769-ny drove past me 4 minutes later on S. Central Ave. Gue4313-ny owner watched a few hours before as I was checking my mail as she followed me for 10+ minutes on 10/21/21 as well. Stalkers

This 115 Pilgrim Place owner followed me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) on 10/21/21 for 10+ minutes along with kpj8617-ny/exn2102-ny/gce8926-ny as she drove by my house as I left my house on this day and drove recklessly over the curb as I approached ny house (following me back from my walk), because I noticed her following me and she was upset about that. Today, Jmt5063-ny(followed me from Walgreens before) drives by towards my house as I am leaving and immediately after gue4313-ny drives recklessly behind me as I am crossing the street, so if I didn't notice her car she may have hit me and then makes a u-turn to watch where I am walking towards. Gue4313-ny(115 Pilgrim Place owner) followed me for 10 minutes (live at 124 Pilgrim Place) today as she saw me intially when I left my my house and drove down Pilgrim Place along with several cars that followed me for a ten minute walk; in addition, she drove down Pilgrim Place after kpj8617-ny/gpv1872-ny to see if I went home as otherwise she would have driven behind me (She didn't impede path of jpl5431-ny ownwrs walking across Pilgrim Place as her and her friends didn't extend that courtesy to me vua kpj8617-ny/Gpv1872-ny). She followed me to the train station in February along with constantly following my family from work this past year . Jjy4874-ny ,her friend, followed me for my miles on 10/13/20 and hpa6662-ny followed me to the pharmacy for a half a mile on 11/08/20 along with hve8444-ny. They use their phones to keep in touch with each and their fellow stalkers in the below timeline. Several cars followed me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) for 10 minute Walk today from 4:54 to 5:04 pm today: gue4313-ny intially, then khr1826-ny, then hmc2977-ny abruptly taking a right onto Pilgrim Place from Bucknell Rd and then taking a right on S. Central Ave to wait for me to stalk me looking at his phone to alert exn2102-ny, then exn2102-ny drove down S. Central Ave, kph9483-ny drove down W. Valley Stream Blvd, gce8926-ny/kpj8617-ny from 127 Pilgrim Place followed me to Bucknell Rd, Jpl5431-ny followed me to Pilgrim Place, kpj8617-ny quickly drove up Buscher Ave from Bucknell Rd to catch a glimpse of me walking up Bucknell Rd then followed to Pilgrim Place along with gpv1872-ny as gpv1872-ny took a left on Bucknell Rd while Kpj8617-ny drove down Pilgrim Place past 127 Pilgrim Place and gue4313-ny followed behind on Pilgrim Place after intially following me 10 minutes ago. This is deliberate stalking and harssment. Stalkers/inconsiderate reckless drivers.

yesterday, this 115 Pilgrim Place owner watched me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) as I parked on Pilgrim Place as she immediately drive down Pilgrim Place to watch me as she and her friends constantly folowed my family to and from work for over a year.This 115 Pilgrim Place tenant followed me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) to the train station in February 2021 along with edh6047-ny. He/she used other car hpa6662-ny to follow me to rite aid on 11/08/20 along with hve8444-ny(122 Pilgrim Place); in addition, her friend from 117 Pilgrim Place (jjy4874-ny) followed me for several miles back and forth on 10/13/20. Friend of owner of jpr7338-ny that followed me on from the highway earlier this year ,who now owns kpz1073-ny/kne9098-ny(117 Pilgrim Place). Stalker/inconsiderate driver with bad intentions.

This 115 Pilgrim Place owner stalked me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) today at 6:01 pm(didn't see a minute before and didn't yield at stop sign) when I left my house to put out the garbage as his fellow tenant (hpa6662-ny) parked near my house for 8+ hours(has done this before); in addition, his friend from 123 Pilgrim Place (gtc8641-ny) parks near my house an hour before while I was checking the mail to honk his horn while parked to harass me. This 115 Pilgrim Place owner followed my relative from work on June 24th. If I miss any significant mail I suspect these reckless drivers that are stalking me.

Both of these drivers have followed to and back to Valley Stream station along the red suv driver following my relative from work/forner constantly stalking me while driving/walking. This 115 Pilgrim Place owner followed my relative home from work today at 3:50 pm (we live at 124 Pilgrim Place) as his car wasn't there at 3:25 pm when I considered moving my other car I noticed that. This is not the first time he/she has done this as they also have followed me via hpa6662-ny( on 11/08/20) and jjy4874-ny(10/13/20), but this driver either follos me in the morning to the station or constantly follows my relative home from work like today. This 115 Pilgrim Place owner constantly stalks/follows me and my family (we live at 124 Pilgrim Place) since September of last year. Today, she waits as I oark my car in my driveway and then proceeds to park her car on Pilgrim Place at 7:04 am today(after her friend ftg1892-ny owner drives past my house) to watch until I leave. Since I am not about to leave she doesn't leave either as she has followed me to the train station multiple times (to and from) along with constantly following my relative to and from work. This 115 Pilgrim Place owner constantly stalks me and my family daily (we live at 124 Pilgrim Place) as today as I am checking my mail at 12:06 pm this person warches me as I drive past my house and then parks in their driveway after 2 minutes (since they waited to see if I would leave and sibce I did not they parked back. Later, they followed me and my family from work today at 3:45 pm as they drove behind us as we parked our cars. 126 Pilgrim Place owner has cameras outside his house and from his windows overlooking our driveway (always have one person there-7d461-Nebraska owner usually), so this is how this neighbor and his friends continually stalk me and my family. Both neighbors have followed to and from Valley Stream station in February 2021(4th, 18) and because I was almost assaulted by their friends on station platforms I have no choice but to work remotely. As I am parked on front of 126 Pilgrim Place (I live at 124 Pilgrim Place) at 6:30 am, this 117 Pilgrim Place owner immediately takes an abrupt left onto Pilgrim Place from Bucknell rd at 6:33 am (without yielding at stop sign), then waits for several minutes to see where I go(I parked my car back in my driveway before Sanitation came ). Gny2168-ny owner later followed my relative to work at 6:46 am.

As I am checking my mail today (I live at 124 Pilgrim Place), this 115/117 Pilgrim Place driver waits near house after driving down Pilgrim Place as 126 Pilgrim Place owner (jpc7126-ny) drives off simultaneously as she arrives, thus rthis driver parks in front of 126 Pilgrim Place to stalk/harass me as she has followed me to and from the Valley Stream station before. She has enough parking space near her house, yet parks near my house and in addition, her fellow tenant moves his car(hpa6662-ny) near my house to wait stalking me as I am checking my mail.

This person lives at 117 /125 Pilgrim Place as she/he normally parks in 115 Pilgrim Place driveway, but is friends/lives near 117 Pilgrim Place ( went into that house today) as both neighbors stalk/harass me.

Today, when I was clearing snow off my car this driver drives down Pilgrim Place at 6:49 am, anticipating me leaving (other cars parked on Bucknell rd as I was clearing snow as well). This person does not work as he/she will return home to do nothing other than stalking me if I am home.

Along with several other cars that stalked me today at 4 pm(all ny-jmt5063,hgk2487,ftg1892) this driver, who lives at 115 Pilgrim Place drive down Pilgrim Place at 3:57 pm only to drive around Buscher Ave to park in front of his house. I usually leave in the evening sometimes, so when I approached my front door (124 Pilgrim) several cars that have stalked me before like this person drove around Pilgrim Place in anticipation of me leaving, but I cleared my driveway of ice instead as I didn't want to be followed today. This person followed in late December as well as I was walking home in the afternoon.

On December 11th, this driver followed as I saw this car drive down Pilgrim Place toward Camdike st in the afternoon and also on December 20th this driver drove past my house at 8am honking their horn several times.
