I saw this driver driving erratically. Speeding up to not allow vehicles to overtake him then slowing down so they couldn’t merge behind him. He also did this to me twice in two different lanes. When I slowed down he slowed to keep pace and when I sped up he also sped up. I saw him do this to four different vehicles before I was able to take an exit to get off of this road (Sunrise Hwy near Hubbard’s path). I need to add that this driver was not provoked by myself or others. He had first chased down another vehicle that had passed me on my left. The driver of KEM7584 then cut me off and slowed in front of me and looked to be having some sort issue with the other motorist. When I merged to go around him to avoid a potential accident from his reckless behavior, he then got behind me and started tailgating me. He then merged, pulled up alongside of my passenger door and this was the first instance of his speeding up and slowing down to not let me merge to the center lane. He finally sped up and I was able to merge to the center. He then slowed down to the point that I needed to merge to the first lane in order to not cause a problem with the traffic behind me. As I tried to take an exit to avoid any further interaction with this driver, he sped up and started intentionally drifting over into my lane as if to force me off the road or try to hit me. Because of this I wasn’t able to take the exit. He then sped up and this is when I saw him repeat these actions with three more drivers/vehicles before I got to the next exit to get off of this stretch of road.
