Defect Summary Honda is recalling certain model year 2012 Civic passenger vehicles, manufactured from October 26, 2012, through October 30, 2012. These vehicles were assembled with the incorrect steering column assembly.

Consequence Summary The steering column may not have proper energy absorbing characteristics, which could increase the risk of injury during a vehicle crash.

Corrective Summary Honda will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and replace the steering column, as necessary, free of charge. The safety recall began on December 10, 2012. Owners may contact Honda at 1-800-999-1009.

Consequence Summary IF THIS OCCURS, THE VEHICLE WILL HAVE A LOSS OF DRIVE POWER AND MAY ROLL AWAY IF THE PARKING BRAKE HAS NOT BEEN SET WHEN THE GEAR SELECTOR HAS BEEN PLACED IN THE ¿PARK¿ POSITION, INCREASING THE RISK OF CRASH OR PEDESTRIAN INJURY.

This 122 Pilgrim Place owner constantly watches me whenever I leave my house like this past week (I live at 124 Pilgrim Place). Yesterday, his friend from 116 Pilgrim Place (ajh1575-ny) followed me to and from my house to Walgreens at 4:55 pm along with kkg8686-ny followed me into the store and stared at me menacingly/jpj1167-ny almost ran me over on the way back/kts5433-ny/kts5161-ny(131 Pilgrim Place)/kba1769-ny(117 Pilgrim Place tenant). On Wednesday, this 122 pilgrim Place tenant along with 219524t-nj(120 Pilgrim Place) leave together only after seeing me park my car on the driveway in the afternoon. He continually clicks his car locks to harass me when parking after midnight like today/120(219524T-nj)/121(geg8457-ny)/126 Pilgrim Place owner (hjp1780-ny) also does this whenever they seeme inside my house from mywindows or outside my house while walking/driving. On Thursday, I was followed for 10+ minutes by gue4313-ny(115 Pilgrim Place owner) and kpj8617-ny/gce8926-ny(127 Pilgrim Place owner)/gpv1872-ny(101 Pilgrim Place). He is friends with kdd1887-ny/kkg6615-ny/klv3779-ny that followed me before while drivin/walking. Kdd1887-ny/219524T-nj owners have threatened me before. He's helping his friends follow me ro cause me harm and harass me. Stalker/inconsiderate driver. Today, 121 Pilgrim Place owner blocked my driveway to not allow me to back out via his church van(RccgICQ-ny) and 219524T-ny owner watched before this along with kmx2979-ny driver in order to harass me in this manner today. They follow my family while walking/driving (like yesterday and Wednesday)even when I am not present as this is why I work remotely as I have been threatened by his friends (120/123)125/127/115/117/128/130/132 Pilgrim Place owner s) while traveling for several miles on LIRR (all reported and verified).

This 122 Pilgrim Place tenant watches me in my kitchen window today and then drives by house after clicking car locks several times while parked on Pilgrim Place along(could have drove off then but waits until I leave to watch me) with 126 Pilgrim Place owner in the afternoon today; in addition, 121 Pilgrim Place owner(geg8457-ny) watches me a little later as I am parking my car in my driveway and then proceeds to click his car locks several times to harass me as I am checking my mail. 121/120/126 /123/125/128/125 Pilgrim Place owners have encouraged this deliberate stalking/harassment. This 122 Pilgrim Place tenant constantly clicks his car locks to harass me (live at 124 Pilgrim Place)while parking in his driveway or on Pilgrim Place like today at 1:40 am and in the morning/afternoon when he saw me in my house. His family has followed me while driving/walking via jle6359-ny/hve8444-ny/jnu1395-ny and are friends of 120/123/106 Pilgrim Place owners that have harassed/threatened me before.stalker/inconsiderate driver

This 122 Pilgrim Place owner constantly watches me from his house through my kitchen window like today(live at 124 Pilgrim Place), clicking car locks several times to harass me. He does this with his other car:jnu1395-ny as well. He use to follow me from the train station(February 2021 along with gtm3976-ny) and to the pharmacy(11/08/20 along with hpa6662-ny) via hve8444-ny. He or his dad followed me home via jle6359-ny from the market in late September of this year.(followed me while driving as well) friends of 123/111/128/120/125/117 Pilgrim Place owners that constantly stalk me for almost 2 years now. Safe driver and good person that is being encouraged to harass/stalk me by 119/123/121/120/125/128/115/117 Pilgrim Place owners. He constantly watches/follows me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) whenever I leave my house along with other family member(jle6359-ny, jnu1395-ny). Today, he waits on Pilgrim Place for traffic to clear along with watching me get into my car, then drives off only to come back a little later.Stalker/inconsiderate person.

This 122 Pilgrim Place tenant owns this vehicle along with jnu1395-ny and is a former owner of hve8444-ny that he used to followed me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) from the train station in Valley Stream in February 2021 and to Rite Aide on 11/08/20 along with his friend hpa6662-ny. He clicks his car locks several times whenever he knows I am home like today from the afternoon to the late night. He is friends with 123/125/128/126/120/115/117 Pilgrim Place owners (all have stalked/harssed me and continue to do so)as he denied this when I requested him to stop on 9/7/21. I suspect he and 123 Pilgrim Place owner followed me to the airport in February 2020/September 2020. Several of their stalker friends like Gts7044-ny, jjy4874-ny, ebv8338-ny, and hzg5494-ny have followed me for miles on the highway as this is very likely. Stalker/inconsiderate driver

This owner of this vehicle lives at 122 Pilgrim Place and he followed/stalked me(live at 124 Pilgrim Place) on 9/3/21 while I was parking in front of my house along with jrz7717-ny/gkm6346-ny owners, thus making me it difficult for me to park in front of my house. On 9/7/21 his friend (hpa6662-ny) parked in front of my house (has followed/stalked me since 11/8/20) and greeted the 122 Pilgrim Place owner and his car was parked on Pilgrim Place behind him, so while I am watering plants he clicks the car locks several times to harass me and when I confront him about it he lies saying he was checking his gas tank. On Monday (9/13/21), he clocks his car locks while parking in front of his after I check my mail at 3pm as his friend (htv9483-ny) drives past my house watching me. Today, he sees me checking my mail at 5:27 pm and watches me, a few hours later after talking with 119 Pilgrim Place owner je clicks his car locks several times along with several drivers on the block upon seeing me outside. I have pleaded with him and his friends to stop following me/harssing as they don't care as they are dismissive and fake. Stalkers/inconsiderate drivers.
