Defect Summary Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC (SET) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Toyota Camry, Corolla, Rav4, Sienna, and Yaris iA vehicles equipped with factory-installed floor mats. The load carrying capacity modification label may be incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Consequence Summary An incorrect label may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Summary SET will notify owners and provide a corrected label for placement over the inaccurate label, free of charge. The recall began August 23, 2019. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-888-270-9371. SET's number for this recall is SET19A.

Defect Summary Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2017-2018 Toyota 4Runner and Tundra, 2018 Toyota Highlander, RAV4 and Lexus GX460 and 2017 Toyota Sienna and Tacoma vehicles. These vehicles may have incorrect load carrying capacity modification labels. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Consequence Summary An incorrect load information label can result in the operator overloading the vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.

I'm driving down 30 this morning on my way home, there's me and 2 other cars on the road just driving normally since it's such a crappy day. All of a sudden this car gets behind me and starts rapid flashing high beams at me. I get over into the right lane and as it's passing me, it flips me the bird (it was either a really ugly woman or really ugly man). So I get behind it and turn on my high beams, so it slams on it's breaks. I figure screw this I'm too tired to put up with this bs so I get back in the other lane. This fr serves in front of me and slams on their breaks again so I have to pull to the left to avoid a collision, so of course they swerve to the left to try to hit me again so I fake go to the right and as soon as they swerve I get right next to them so if they move again they'll hit my passenger side. (Obviously not my fault then). So they gun it and get in front again and come to a complete stop in front of me. This time I just stop behind them and leave 2 car lengths, they speed up again, almost hit three cars in a grouping in front of us, and now I'm behind them again so they start break checking me and losing control of their car. I got video but not until the end and followed them off at the Thorndale exit but they went right and I needed gas.

He literally did the same exact thing to me. I was driving behind him and he kept slamming on his brakes in the middle of a busy highway. I tried to get away from him several times, but he would not let me go around him. He kept darting out in front of me every time I tried to go around him.This continued for a few miles at which point I went to exit. He sees me getting off and speeds to get in front of me. I don't think he even planned to exit until he saw that I was. Then we both got off the exit and he stopped dead in the exit lane. Thank god someone did not exit and slam into the back of me, but I could not move or go anywhere. Not only did he almost cause me to get into 6 different accidents this morning, he also put countless amount of lives in danger. There needs to be something done to stop this psycho.

He thought I was tailgating him so he pushed on his brakes three times and I backed off and drove far behind him. Well randomly he stops in the middle of the road and puts his flashers on and I try to go around him thinking he was letting me go around him, well when I try to go around him he blocks me in on the other side of the road with his car. He then starts driving again because cars were coming.. When we start driving again, (still not tailgating him), he stops again and does the same thing. Then he keeps goings and stops at a stop sign and just sits there in his car not driving after he stopped at the stop sign.He starts videoing me honking my horn and yelling because what else would you do if someone just doesn't drive. I couldn't go around him, he was literally keeping me there at the stop sign. Then another car comes up behind me at the stop sign and goes right through the stop sign and literally takes off going fast.
