Update to original report based on new facts: Would you please take notice of an Eric C. Rollinson – “Police Chief” in Scituate, Rhode Island – who has been exhibiting deadly and dangerous vehicular road rage and trolling neighborhoods yelling hate communication at minority children and adults – general colored folk, Asian, African, Hispanic, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu – including the elderly and individuals with disabilities. The fellow is a Caucasian male of 54 years age driving a black Jeep Wrangler (Rhode Island plate R11); same individual drives a black Dodge Durango (Rhode Island, town of Scituate plate 501257) with heavily tinted black windows. Rollinson rampages through residential and commercial areas trolling for target victims to hurl hate epithets including thrusting middle-finger gestures at random passersby including pedestrians, while gawking and staring into residence windows; sometimes this is accompanied by backing up his vehicle along main traffic ways – a stretch of as much as two or three hundred yards -- to get a second look at target victims and then rolling down his windows to hurl hate communication including profanities and then speeding off; Rollinson sporadically speeds into people's driveways, only to abruptly back up and make a quick exit. The fellow – his voice and presence – has been noted, as his pattern of raucous conduct reveals him driving drunk at about midnight, yelling “Fuck You!!!” at minority-targeted residences, hurling beer cans onto roadside properties. This mode of operation is not new to Rollinson: It stretches as far back as 2017-2018, when during that time the creature was driving a municipality-owned, four-door black Ford sedan. Speeding through traffic stops and safety measures, taking detours around camera-monitored roadways to circumvent detection or simply to seek out that “cutting edge,” is more than just Rollinson's philosophy: It is evidently the creature's way of life. A layperson onlooker subservient to such loose, rogue tolerances, might think, “Well, ya' know, I don't care about the guy's past conduct.” This is fodder for a crooked presence. In the matter of Rollinson: The fellow's past behavioral issues are a stark historical reflection of his ongoing conduct: Neglect for public safety including targeted threats – as recently as 04/21/22, 3:55pm EST – and increasingly violent manifestations that have wounded innocent human beings with the misfortune of having gotten in the way of Rollinson's savage, destructive path. It is apparent that Rollinson intends to threaten and intimidate other races, ethnicities, and religious denominations, with the express objective of making such “others” feel psychological terror and the ever-present fear of potential grave bodily harm. Ripple effects on members of the community include a sense of terror at a deranged character with gang mentality, fear for children to go out and play in their yards, intimidation to freely shop in area markets for fear of encountering this disturbed individual; and perhaps the most intimidating consequence of the subject creature's terror streak is community members' reluctance to freely invite friends and family to engage in religious ceremonies in their residences for fear of Rollinson hurling hate gestures and committing violent – potentially deadly – acts of road rage, esp. with deadly weapons in hand. Name: Eric C. Rollinson Attire: Municipal work uniform during work; shorts, t-shirts and the like outside work; likely armed with numerous deadly weapons on the fellow's body and/or in motor vehicles detailed below. Race/Gender: Caucasian male Age: 54 years Height: 6'3" Weight: 200+ pounds Hair: Short hair cut, not quite shaved head Facial features: Signs of obesity relative to overall height and other anatomical features; no facial hair, no spectacles; laughs to himself while driving, sometimes frantically biting his nails. Head held in a “pridefully” high posture, apparently disregarding the world around him, the fellow gawks tangential to the main roadway at passersby, occasionally meandering his line of sight to look at the sky; all the while operating a motor vehicle. Vehicle Make: Jeep Vehicle Model: Wrangler Vehicle Year: Unknown Vehicle Color: Black with a flag decal on the spare tire attached to rear of vehicle License Plate: R11 License Plate State: Rhode Island Vehicle Make: Dodge Vehicle Model: Durango Vehicle Year: Unknown Vehicle Color: Black with heavily tinted black windows License Plate: 501257 License Plate State: Rhode Island *Rollinson's Contact Info: [email protected] 25 Timber Trail, Coventry, RI 02816 (401) 921-6492 Rollinson cohabits with a Julie Rollinson(unknown if and how this individual manifests hate related/violent behavior against the public). **Rollinson has been reported for purposes of general public safety and for our and our children's safety; yet, in the most bizarre of behavior, the fellow continues to drive proudly in his work-issued/tax payer funded vehicle and continues to neglect express and commonly accepted traffic safety measures; head, arrogantly held high, with no care in the world for the cosmos around him.
