Defect Summary Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC (SET) is recalling certain model year 2013-2017 Toyota Tundra and Sequoia vehicles accessorized with Southeast Toyota accessory 20-inch Rockstar wheels installed by Southeast Toyota or a Southeast Toyota dealer. The Rockstar wheels were installed with lugnuts that may crack and detach.

Consequence Summary Lugnuts that crack and detach may cause the wheels to separate from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Summary SET will notify owners, and dealers will install new replacement lugnuts, free of charge. The recall began June 23, 2017. Owners may contact SET customer service at 1-866-405-4226. SET's number for this recall is SET17A.

This female driver is very dangerous. I was driving on a 2 lane road (going one way) and she pulled up to my right and tried to cut me off, but was unable to because we were slowing down due to construction. She kept flipping me off and honking her horn to move, but I was unable to due to the construction. As we started to move, I slowed down and went behind her, so she can pass me, but instead, she decided to slam on her breaks. To avoid hitting her, I got back into the left lane (where I previously was) and she tried to run me off the road. At that point I contacted 911 and reported her vehicle to the authorities because not only was she a wreckless driver, she was a very dangerous individual. If you ever run into this individual, please becareful. If someone can try to run you off the road with no remorse, there is no telling what this individual can do.
