Woman was parked in the only handicap parking place the Aberdeen, WA. post office has. I reminded here she needed to post her placard and answered me back saying she was waiting for here 85 year old neighbor. I told her she need to have a handicap placard or license plate to park there but still stated that she was waiting for her 85 year old neighbor. Just then her neighbor came out so I told her neighbor that in order to park in any handicap parking place she needed to apply for a handicap parking privalage. The driver of the vehicle was very disrespectful and thought I was being ridiculous.
