This guy Parks his car in the handicap parking everyday. Most days it doesn't have a placard but today it did someone said it belongs to his mom. If there are other spots available to park legally he will park there they just there is nowhere else to park he always parked in the handicapped. It's annoying to all of us who live in the building because we have to walk a ways and he also likes to yell a lot that has dogs and at other people. The other day when I got home from work I was talking to my husband at the other entrance and he overheard me say the word handicapped and yelled at me about how he just had back surgery, I don't believe this to be true since it's been going on for a very long time some of us have tried to call 311 but it seems that they miss him by the time they get there. He is not the only one who utilizes this handicap spot when there's nowhere else to park, but he does it the most.
