Saw this driver stopped in the middle of the road near the Paradise Pavilion in West Bend, WI, and for whatever reason, she got super angry when I decided to drive around her. Unbeknownst to me, she ended up following me to the restaurant I was headed to. She pulled up next to me and started screaming at me out her window when I got out of my car. So I got back inside of my car, locked my doors, and drove to another place nearby. She followed me again, and this time she got out of her car and went up to my driver's side window and started screaming at me again. I then tried to back out of the parking space I was in and she put her hands on my car and followed/ran after the car as I tried to back out, still yelling. I almost hit her trying to get away because she was so close to my car. Be careful if you see this mentally unstable driver -- she's a petite middle aged woman with glasses and gray/dirty blond mid length hair. If you have issues with her, call the police non-emergency number. Stay safe!
